The Prison Tour is a project where the The Events visits several of Sweden's prisons. The band visits prisons in all classifications. Several of the prisoners who have seen or will see the band live on this tour will also receive a CD with the band's music. "We don't do this for any political purpose or because we want to make a statement, we just want to give them a real rock show!" - Mike Audell "When we are done playing, several of the listeners come forward and wants to take hands, these are guys that haven't been to a rock concert for a long long time" - Filip Nice The tour has so far been a success, both inside and outside prisons. And the media, mostly newspapers and radio, have been following the tour extensively. Each concert on the tour requires a lot of preparation and planning. Therefore the tour grows slowly all the time with the new dates. "We hope to take this tour outside Sweden as well, primarily to the rest of Scandinavia" - Jonas Carlsson (Manager)
